About Us Active 8 Holdings Pty Ltd is an Australian company registered with the ASIC. Based in Chatswood, NSW, it is a boutique real estate and business agency providing real estate: sales, lease, property management and project marketing. Other services include business brokerage. Active 8 sells, lease and manage residential properties: houses, units, villas, duplex and townhouses. The company also manage and sell commercial and office properties with vacant lots included in its list for sale. The director of the company is a licensed real estate agent and business agent with more than a decade of experience in real estate and business management, hands-on in the operations of the company, supported by managers and sales consultants.

Directors and Executives The Managing Director is the Licensee-In-Charge of Active 8, who holds licenses as Real Estate Agent and Business Agent in Australia. He has more than fifteen (15) years experience in Real Estate Sales, Management & Appraisal including those from overseas. He is an experienced Director of companies and Management Executive for more than twenty (20) years. His qualifications include degrees in Commerce and Masters in Business Administration (MBA). His broad experience in real estate and business management adds value to the successful operations of the company.
The other Director is a CPA and an experienced Finance Executive. She started her career as an Accountant and Auditor gaining her more than ten (10) years experience in Finance and Administration. She is in-charge of the financial operations of Active 8 which include: Accounting, Treasury, Administration and IT. Her qualifications include degree in Commerce and she is a member of CPA Australia.
Active 8 maintains a group of staff and sales consultants who are trained and experienced in providing the best services in real estate and business agency.
